“Finally the place is really good . People working here is really friendly and the way manager talk with the coustomer is really is good . And the main thing is food here is really really good . I have suggested to my friend to come here and visit and taste the food . End of the day I am the daily coustomer .
And the area manager the way he talk with the coustomer is really bad . He should know how to talk with the coustomer and how to behave with the coustomer. He don’t have to show his attitude to coustomer that he is the area manager here . I guess this thing should be noticed by the senior manager in Shifa branch . Overall the worker and supervisor are really good and friendly.
Need to discuss about the area manager behavior towards coustomer and should be improved as soon as possible.”
